Infra Project Supervisor

We are looking for experienced infra site supervisors for Destia Oy's major project in Vaasa. You will lead the daily on-site production, supervise subcontractors and own staff, plan and schedule work phases, monitor progress, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate materials and resources. The role requires a building foreman or civil/structural engineering background or other suitable technical education, experience in infra, earthworks or road construction, and ability to lead the site with a goal-oriented and systematic approach. You should have good collaboration and teamwork skills, a responsible and proactive work attitude, and be willing to work in a two-shift schedule. A valid occupational safety card, Traffic Safety 1 and 2 (EA) are appreciated, as is a B-driver license and proficient Finnish with reasonable English. Nice-to-haves include experience on large infra projects, experience supervising contractors, and familiarity with infra production management systems.
