About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (Finnish and English) broad-based special education teacher for the Y.E.S. daycare. The daycare is bilingual (Finnish and English) and part of Vantaa City’s Education and Learning division. The role involves assessing children’s support needs, planning and implementing support, and evaluating support outcomes in collaboration with the rest of the early childhood staff. You will contribute to developing an inclusive culture in the unit together with the daycare director. You will participate in guiding planning and evaluation processes and directing targeted support. The job emphasizes pedagogical expertise and close collaboration with various stakeholders. You will work with the early childhood team, the daycare director, and other child welfare actors.
