Sheet Metal Worker

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented sheet metal shop worker for permanent employment in Oulu. The job starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found and involves a variety of duties in the sheet metal workshop. Daily tasks include cutting, bending and joining sheets, and operating sheet metal machines such as bending presses and shears. You will work as part of a youthful and relaxed team with a strong hands-on ethic. In the summer season you may also participate in customer service and office tasks, such as receiving orders, delivering products and handling customer inquiries. We value an active work attitude, customer-orientation and genuine interest in metal fabrication and practical work. Prior experience in metalwork is a plus but not required; the most important is motivation and willingness to learn, as well as the ability to take responsibility and grow in the role. A valid occupational safety card is required. The starting pay is about €12–€14 per hour depending on skills and experience.
