Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to enterprise innovation & strategy initiatives supporting standards, automations & AI, and advanced diagnostic solutions
- Work with product engineering and customer support to improve troubleshooting and uptime
- Collaborate to define hardware, software, and information requirements to minimize repair time
- Support content development plans that meet quality and efficiency requirements
- Lead and conduct technical content reviews for quality
- Provide direction, mentoring and training to local and remote authoring resources
Requirements
- Complete degree in Engineering, Technologist, Ag/Ag Sciences, or other technical fields
- Advanced English: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, negotiates and provides training
- Thorough knowledge in engineering principles, theory, and practice
- Demonstrated technical experience troubleshooting systems, functions, and components
- Experience and knowledge of Product Development and Customer & Product Support processes
- Strong technical and analytical skills to detect, diagnose, and resolve complex machine issues
