We are hiring machine technicians for on-the-job learning placements at Viikinmäki and Blominmäki wastewater plants. As a machine technician, you will handle maintenance of infratechnology, preventive maintenance like greasing motor bearings, changing gearbox oils, and condition inspections. Some equipment replacements may occur: a damaged device is removed and sent for repair, then installed back. We will train you. Suitable modules for the on-the-job learning placement include machine installation, maintenance work, pneumatic installations and hydraulics. The placement is unpaid and aimed at vocational or polytechnic students. Requirements: 18 years old, knowledge of occupational safety basics, completed occupational safety card.
