The role involves managing a distributed team of Solutions Architects across South East Asia, Taiwan, South Korea, and India, guiding technical strategy, and building regional practices. The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, develop operational practices, and build high-performing teams. Responsibilities include managing a team, acting as a player-coach, guiding regional strategy, working cross-functionally, maintaining operational discipline, defining KPIs, hiring and developing talent. Candidates should have experience managing technical teams in software or technology sales, strong background in solution architecture, proven success in developing technical practices, excellent communication skills, business acumen, and ability to influence stakeholders.
