Job Description
We are looking for a production supervisor for a role that combines supervisory work, production management, and operational development. In this position, you will influence the smoothness of production, lead a skilled team, and develop operational practices practically. You will lead the machinery and logistics departments and a team of about 30 people. Your work involves prioritizing, solving, guiding, and ensuring that activities progress as planned, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you will develop operations, support the team to succeed, and ensure that production proceeds smoothly according to objectives. You will manage work shifts and resource adequacy, ensure smooth communication and onboarding, and act as a link between different functions. At the same time, you will promote departmental development and ensure that quality, environmental, and occupational safety matters are integrated into daily activities.
