Personal assistant

Does your heart beat for helping others? Are you seeking a calm and people-centered job? We are looking for cheerful and proactive personal assistants to support the everyday lives of clients living in Espoo. The role is part-time and takes place in our clients' own homes. The main focus of this position is on elderly clients. Shifts can be arranged from a few hours per week up to full-time, according to your preferences. We assign you clients whose schedules you will mainly work with, so you become familiar with them quickly, which greatly enhances job satisfaction. If you wish, you can take on substitution shifts for other clients as well. Client needs vary from (assistance with personal hygiene) to companionship or cleaning. We select assignments that best match the employee’s skills, possible training or studies, and preferences. We train the employee to the client’s individual needs. What we expect from you: a proactive and flexible work approach; easy-going and warm nature; customer service-minded and wanting to support people in their daily lives; fluent Finnish; willingness to listen to the client’s wishes and needs in a calm way; availability on weekends and evenings is an advantage; knowledge of Swedish is a plus. Salary in accordance with the collective agreement + TES supplements. Salary is based on the applicant’s experience and possible initial education.
