Äänekosken ammatillisen koulutuksen kuntayhtymä seeks a building cleaner for Saarijärvi to perform cleaning tasks in its facilities. The candidate should be service-oriented, flexible, able to work with people of different backgrounds, and handle occasional peak periods. Emphasis on good collaboration and interaction skills, and the ability to work independently. A suitable cleaning or facility management education, such as basic or professional qualification in cleaning or facility management (laitoshuoltaja), is required. Prior relevant experience is an asset. The Saarijärvi Tarvaala facility comprises buildings of various ages from 1867 to 2017, including classrooms, shared spaces, dormitories, social areas and other facilities. A valid B-driver’s license and access to a personal car are required. The cleaner typically works at POKE Saarijärvi units and, if needed, at other POKE units in Äänekoski, Viitasaari and Laukaa. The position is permanent, full-time with a 38.15 h/week schedule. Salary and terms follow the KVTES agreement. Before joining, the selected candidate must present a criminal background check (as required by law 504/2002) and a medical certificate within 30 days of starting. Start date 1.10.2026 or as agreed.
