Child Care Worker

We are seeking a child care worker for the Swedish-language day care at Håkansböle in Vanda. The unit operates under the City of Vantaa’s Swedish-language service area with a vision to grow, play, and learn together for a sustainable future. The culture is inclusive, safe, and sustainable with the child’s best always in focus. The team will focus on language and communication, play, and well-being in the 2026–2027 school year. You will be part of the pedagogical team and collaborate with multiprofessional colleagues to promote an inclusive culture across the unit. You should be able to collaborate in a team, communicate calmly and respectfully with children, colleagues, and guardians, and respond to each child’s individual needs.
