The role involves guiding and supporting young adults with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities in day-time activities, both in group and individual settings. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating activities, participating in networks, and using models such as Avekki and Haaste and Hetki. The program emphasizes social participation, daily and weekly structures, and a variety of activities including music, physical activity, art, kitchen groups, and multisensory activities. The candidate should have strong teamwork and communication skills, the ability to handle dynamic situations, and organize work and schedules.
