Concrete Element Manufacturer

We are seeking a skilled concrete element manufacturer for Kouvola to work independently in a factory setting. The role involves producing concrete elements ranging from initial casting to final quality finishing, with emphasis on wall, sandwich, and balcony elements; experience with brick-faced elements and thick plastering is a plus. The job includes from element production to finishing, and the successful candidate should be confident handling the tasks. The position starts when a suitable person is found, with potential involvement through autumn and a path to permanent integration in the client’s production line. Requirements include experience in concrete element production, good Finnish or English language skills (work language is Finnish, English can be used), visual inspection skills, high work ethic, and good social skills to collaborate with others in challenging situations.
