Early Childhood Education Teacher

The post is for a permanent position at Havukallion day care in Vantaa. The day care emphasizes a nature-rich learning environment, diverse cultural perspectives, and collaborative work with a strong focus on emotional and social development and language development. The successful applicant will work with five groups of children, in renovated spaces, and participate in building engaging and supportive learning environments with other staff. We value flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to support each child individually. The role requires good Finnish oral and written skills and strong collaboration abilities. The unit also hosts student teachers and offers opportunities to mentor and share professional skills. The contract follows the Municipal Education Personnel collective agreement (OVTES).
