Construction Foreman

Wulff Works is seeking an experienced construction foreman for a permanent position in the Varsinais-Suomi region. The ideal candidate is a construction professional who thrives in a responsible role and wants to lead projects from start to finish in a practical, hands-on manner. The client is a solid and growing construction company that handles new build and renovation projects across Varsinais-Suomi, including residential, service, and public-sector sites. In this role you will supervise overall on-site operations, ensuring projects progress according to plan, while combining daily site leadership with planning and collaboration with project stakeholders. Responsibilities include: planning and leading the site overall, creating and tracking schedules, planning labor and other resources, leading subcontractors and coordinating cooperation, planning and monitoring procurement, cost control and tracking, ensuring site quality and safety, coordinating with client, designers and other partners, resolving daily site challenges. You will influence how a project is planned, organized, and executed. We expect you to have a construction foreman or civil engineering background, prior experience as a foreman or in demanding foreman roles, adequate skills and qualifications for the role, experience in managing site-wide responsibilities, strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to work independently and make decisions, and good collaboration and negotiation skills. A practical, solution-oriented approach is valued; taking responsibility, keeping an overview, and motivating people toward common goals is appreciated.
