Haemme Lapland Hotels Luostotunturille Kerroshoidon vuoropäällikköä talvikaudelle 2026-2027. Kerroshoidon vuoropäällikön tehtäviin kuuluu hotellihuoneiden, huoneistojen sekä hotellin yleisten tilojen siivouksen organisointi ja laadun varmistaminen. Kerroshoidon vastaavana huolehdit työvoiman tehokkaasta käytöstä, laadukasta työnjäljestä sekä positiivisen työilmapiirin ylläpitämisestä. Vastaat päivittäisen työn sujuvuudesta, työntekijöiden ohjaamisesta sekä tiimin tukemisesta työvuoron aikana. Tehtävässä osallistut kerroshoidon työvuorolistojen laatimiseen sekä tilausten, ennusteiden ja seurantojen tekemiseen. Lisäksi osallistut aktiivisesti kerroshoidon päivittäiseen työhön ja johdat tiimiäsi omalla esimerkilläsi kohti laadukkaita suorituksia. Työt alkavat marraskuussa ja arviolta 30.4.2027 saakka. Työtunteja on tarjolla 112,5h/3vko. Työsuhde solmitaan työntekijän ja Staffpointin välille. Lapland Hotels -ketju on savuton työpaikka.
