Experienced property maintenance professional sought for Haaga area in Helsinki. We are looking for an experienced property caretaker for Haagan area. The duties are varied, but primarily will involve completing traditional building maintenance tasks in the area’s apartments. Tasks include both exterior and interior work, such as replacing faucets, lamps, and filters, fixing water leaks, and depending on the season, snow clearing, lawn mowing, and leaf blowing with trash rounds. The more experience you have with different property maintenance tasks, the more likely you are the right person for a long-term employment. Work starts when a suitable person is found and there are opportunities for a long-term assignment. The employment is initially a temporary agency assignment, but there is an excellent chance to step inside and be permanently taken on by our client. If you meet the following, you may be the right candidate: - At least two years of experience in property maintenance work. - Good customer service skills and Finnish language proficiency, as work takes place in customers’ premises when they are open. - B driver's license; car use is a plus as work sites are in Haaga and travel between sites may be by own or client-provided vehicle. - Good work ethic – the job is independent and you are responsible for your own output. - Reliability – we trust you as an employee and we hope you trust us as your employer.
