Event Builder

We are seeking an Event Builder for Jyväskylä Fair Oy at Paviljonki to work in a permanent position constructing booths, exhibitions and other event structures. Paviljonki is a convention and events centre in Lutakko, Jyväskylä, hosting hundreds of events annually including meetings, congresses, corporate events, consumer and professional fairs, as well as entertainment events. The Event Builder role is a permanent position with mostly weekday hours and requires good teamwork, initiative and a willingness to learn. Start date can be quick or negotiable. We offer a comprehensive orientation, a great team, an opportunity to gain a foothold in the events industry and a chance to develop your skills. Requirements include dexterity with tools, ability to work independently and with a partner, and adaptability to flexible hours. Desirable qualifications include experience in event construction, AV-related skills, a C-class driving license, forklift/cutable work permits, and experience with a scissors lift.
