- Expertise métier: be internal reference on CFO challenges for SMEs
- Translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements
- Challenge product specs with domain expertise
- Ensure product vocabularies match CFO language
- Discovery & Validation: conduct CFO interviews, map workflows, analyze field feedback, participate in user testing
- Cross-functional influence: participate in product committees, help prioritization across tracks
- Market watch & Benchmark: monitor regulatory changes and competitor usage
- Training & Evangelization: train Product/Sales teams, feed Marketing with real-use cases, participate in strategic demos
- Impact strategy: influence mid/long-term PM roadmap for Large SME, contribute to pricing/packaging decisions

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP/finance software
- Deep knowledge of CFO processes (accounting, reporting, consolidation, treasury, taxation) and SME needs (15-500 employees)
- Proficiency with market tools (Sage, Cegid, SAP Business One or equivalents)
- Experience in Product Management: translating business needs into product specs
- Influence without formal authority; build legitimacy through expertise
- Experience in a matrix/transverse environment
