Transfer Pricing Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to own the day-to-day management of IFS’s local transfer pricing documentation across the Group’s 35+ jurisdictions, and to support the Transfer Pricing Director across the broader global documentation framework, compliance calendar, and other transfer pricing projects. This role reports to the Transfer Pricing Director and works closely with external advisers, local finance teams, and global business leads, to ensure IFS’s transfer pricing documentation is accurate, consistent, audit-ready, and delivered on time. It is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, pre-IPO environment, suited to a technically grounded transfer pricing professional who takes ownership of their work and is comfortable managing complex multi-jurisdictional processes to a high standard. The role will include Local File Management, Global Documentation Support, Aibidia Platform, Functional Interviews, Local Entity Reviews, Benchmarking Support, Compliance Calendar, Audit Support, and Other Projects.
