Wheel Loader Operator

A wheel loader operator is needed for Nurmijärvi to support waste processing and earth/material handling on a large plant site. The successful candidate should have prior experience operating wheel loaders, hold a valid occupational safety card, possess good Finnish language skills as the site supervisor will communicate in Finnish, demonstrate high work ethic, and work well with others in demanding situations. The role involves independent work with responsibilities including operating a 20-tonne wheel loader, performing tasks in waste handling and moving soil and other materials around the facility, and the potential for long-term employment with our client after probation. Work begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found and continues through the winter into next year. Compensation is described as based on expertise, with payments twice per month.
