Resource Childcare Worker

We are seeking a resource childcare worker for the Swedish-speaking daycares Håkansböle and Trollebo in Vanda. The unit focuses on language and communication, play, and well-being, and participates in the ProSmå project to strengthen children’s socio-emotional skills and positive interactions across the daycare. As a resource childcare worker you provide the children with safety, care and support in daily routines. You will have the opportunity to work and support pedagogy in all groups in a versatile way, and your support is most relevant to the pedagogical teams in each group. You also work across groups, acting as support for the teams and collaborating with multiprofessional actors. You contribute to developing an inclusive culture across the unit. We expect you to be able to collaborate in a team, communicate safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to children’s individual needs.
