Previous experience in earthworks is advantageous, but the right attitude and interest in the field are most important. Work starts according to the contract. To succeed you need: a positive attitude and reliability; a valid occupational safety card; owning a car is an advantage; good Finnish language skills as the orientation and safety instructions are in Finnish.
