Kaiku HR is seeking for Rauma Marine Constructions in Rauma, Finland, for multiple workers on significant shipbuilding projects. An opening for a Butt Welder (butt welding) is available. As a Butt Welder you will operate a butt welding tractor to weld plate-to-plate joints. Your duties include mechanical welding with the welding tractor, plate butt welding, quality control and working as part of a team. Requirements include interest in shipyard and machine shop work, prior experience and/or training in butt welding and operation of welding tractors, a careful and proactive work attitude, teamwork, valid health and safety and hot-work certificates, and willingness to shift.
