In this role, you will do truly meaningful work in two roles. As an inspiring direct supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management of the reception team, support their professional development and ensure that the team has the best possible conditions for success. You are in a key position when we implement future changes and develop our operations to be even smoother. At the same time, you also work as part of the team in versatile customer service and nurse reception tasks. This ensures that you stay closely involved in everyday work and understand your team's needs. What do we expect from you? We require a degree suitable for the position (registered nurse, public health nurse or midwife) and previous experience in similar supervisor or team leader positions. In addition to a strong professional foundation, we are looking above all for the right attitude and a genuine ability to lead people. We especially value your ability to organize effectively and keep things under control even when it is busy around you. The position requires suitability according to the Communicable Diseases Act.
