AI is already part of everyday work at Elisa. Teams are actively exploring new tools and use cases, and the next step is to bring more structure, scalability, and measurable business value to how AI tooling is selected, managed, and adopted across the organization. We are looking for an AI Tooling Lead to own and develop Elisa’s personal productivity AI tool portfolio. About the role In this role, you will ensure that AI tools are easy to access, safe to use, integrated into real workflows, cost-managed, and aligned with business needs. AI adoption does not fail because of lack of ideas. It often slows down because of practical friction: fragmented tools, unclear access paths, inconsistent approval processes, and limited visibility into usage, costs, and value. This role removes those blockers and helps Elisa scale AI adoption in a controlled and impactful way. Your mission is to build a clear, scalable, and value-driven foundation for personal productivity AI tooling. You will connect business needs with practical tooling decisions and make sure employees know which tools to use, how to access them, and how to apply them in everyday work. The position can be based in Finland (Helsinki) or Estonia (Tallinn), with frequent travel to Helsinki. What you will do: - Own and develop the personal productivity AI tool portfolio end-to-end. - Create a standard intake, evaluation, approval, scaling, and retirement process for AI tools. - Maintain clarity on approved tools, access paths, ownership, licensing, and usage. - Support vendor selection, software procurement, and vendor relationship management. - Work in close collaboration with HR, business units, IT, procurement, security, legal, Data & AI, and Digital Services to support the development of Elisa's Ai journey and align tooling decisions. - Track AI tool usage, licences, costs, and value, and bring transparency to tooling investments. - Help teams translate AI tools into practical use cases and ways of working. What we are looking for The following experience or knowledge will help you succeed in this role: - Experience in IT tool or platform management, digital services, enterprise architecture, or a comparable role. - Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills. - Understanding of AI tools such as copilots, LLMs, agents, APIs, and AI development tools. - Ability to balance business needs, technology choices, governance, security, and cost control. - Consultative mindset: you enable teams, create clarity, and help others make scalable decisions. - Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and cross-functional environment. What we offer This is a central role in Elisa’s AI transformation and gives the opportunity to shape how AI is used in everyday work across the company. In this role, you get a chance to build a new enterprise capability from the ground up. You will have a broad influence across business and technology teams in Finland and Estonia and collaborate with supportive and professional experts across AI, digital services, IT, procurement, security, legal, HR, and business units.
