Job Details

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design efforts across the platform
Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of learning
Partner with Product Managers and Engineering from discovery to launch
Shape information architecture and usability best practices
Contribute to design system improvements and standards

Requirements

5+ years of Product Design (UX/UI) experience
Proven experience independently planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research
Demonstrated mastery of interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity interactive prototyping
Strong visual design capability with design systems
Track record of setting performance goals/OKRs and driving cross-functional alignment
Demonstrated experience mentoring junior designers
Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
