Lastenhoitaja, Kilterin päiväkoti in Vantaa seeks a committed and motivated childcare worker for a fixed-term position during parental leave, 10 August 2026 to 31 December 2026. Work is three-shift. The center provides diverse pedagogical activities in everyday moments, including evenings and weekends. We value each child's individuality, small-group pedagogy, participation and being heard, and positive pedagogy. Our routines integrate ICT pedagogy, music, artistic expression and physical activity. The center employs 32 early childhood educators. The environment is relaxed and positive, with staff capable, dedicated and responsible. We expect the same from applicants. Location is Myyrmäki, Vantaa, with modern facilities, a large gym, studio and natural science room. Seven groups operate. Salary: 2610.95–2684.59 EUR/month with 3–8% seniority-based add-on. Requirements: valid child-care qualification (varhaiskasvatuksen lastenhoitajan kelpoisuus) and strong Finnish language skills (spoken and written). Experience in shift work in early childhood education is an advantage. Terms follow KVTES. Full-time, 38 h 15 min/week, 1-month trial.
