**Job Description** We are seeking a driver-guide for North Resort Oy. In this role, you will implement North Resort Oy's transport services and work together with other program guides to provide safe and experiential program services for our international clients. Additionally, you will participate in other operational activities of the resort as opportunities arise. **Key Responsibilities** - Safe and customer-oriented passenger transport - Daily inspection, maintenance, and cleanliness of the transport fleet - Implementation of program services as a guide across different seasons - Guiding customers and providing safety instructions - Assisting with property, equipment, and maintenance tasks, such as snow removal, firewood maintenance, and other daily operational tasks - Participation in other customer service and operational tasks of North Resort Oy as needed **Requirements** - Suitable education or experience in transport, tourism, program services, or guiding - Valid driver's license of at least category C (D or BE category is considered an advantage) - Good customer service and interaction skills - Fluent English skills; other language skills are considered an advantage - Good physical condition and health, as well as readiness to work in varying weather conditions - Valid first aid training (EA1 and EA2) is considered a significant advantage.
