Most importantly, you enjoy partnering with the business—not just saying what's possible, but finding the best way forward. **What you'll do** As our Senior Legal Counsel, you'll be a trusted advisor across the company, working closely with Sales, IT, Product, Security, People, Finance, and Leadership. Your responsibilities will include: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and supplier contracts. - Advising on privacy, data protection (GDPR), and information security matters. - Providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across multiple areas of law. - Supporting strategic business initiatives, including international expansion, partnerships, and new product offerings. - Continuously improving our contract templates, legal processes, and internal policies. - Helping ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions while enabling the business to move quickly. - Keeping up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments and translating them into practical guidance. - Promoting legal awareness throughout the organisation by empowering colleagues with clear and pragmatic advice. **Skills and requirements** We're looking for someone who brings both legal expertise and commercial judgement. You'll likely have: - A Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from a Nordic university. - At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably from an in-house legal team, a leading law firm, or a combination of both. - Solid experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. - Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy law. - Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. - The ability to prioritise effectively and work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. - A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in helping colleagues succeed. **Why you’ll love working at Oneflow** Be part of a growing company with an exceptional culture: our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) consistently exceeds the industry average.
