About the role

Oneflow is the all-in-one contract platform that helps businesses create, negotiate, sign, and manage contracts throughout their entire lifecycle. We replace clunky PDFs and manual processes with interactive digital contracts designed to deliver a smoother customer experience. Publicly listed and continuously innovating with AI, we're shaping the future of contract automation. **Who you are** You're a commercially minded legal counsel who enjoys helping a business grow while managing risk in a pragmatic way. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you're comfortable balancing legal excellence with practical business needs. You're curious, solution-oriented, and confident working independently. Whether you're negotiating complex commercial agreements, advising on privacy matters, or supporting strategic initiatives, you build trust across the organisation by making legal advice accessible and actionable. Most importantly, you enjoy partnering with the business—not just saying what's possible, but finding the best way forward. **What you'll do** As our Senior Legal Counsel, you'll be a trusted advisor across the company, working closely with Sales, IT, Product, Security, People, Finance, and Leadership. Your responsibilities will include: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and supplier contracts. - Advising on privacy, data protection (GDPR), and information security matters. - Providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across multiple areas of law. - Supporting strategic business initiatives, including international expansion, partnerships, and new product offerings. - Continuously improving our contract templates, legal processes, and internal policies. - Helping ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions while enabling the business to move quickly. - Keeping up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments and translating them into practical guidance. - Promoting legal awareness throughout the organisation by empowering colleagues with clear and pragmatic advice. **Skills and requirements** We're looking for someone who brings both legal expertise and commercial judgement. You'll likely have: - A Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from a Nordic university. - At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably from an in-house legal team, a leading law firm, or a combination of both. - Solid experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. - Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy law. - Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. - The ability to prioritise effectively and work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. - A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in helping colleagues succeed. **Why you’ll love working at Oneflow** Be part of a growing company with an exceptional culture: our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) consistently exceeds the industry average. Work alongside a team with a clear vision, ambitious goals, and well-defined objectives and key results. Annual wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK. Daily breakfast, weekly fika, and a modern, fully equipped office stocked with snacks and beverages. Regular team activities and social events that reflect and strengthen our company culture. Parental leave top-up to support you during family leave. Comprehensive benefits package including pension, insurance, and access to OpenUp for mental health support and coaching. Collaborate with highly skilled and inspiring colleagues from around the world. Thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive, and open work environment. **Come work with us** We value gender equality and diversity in organisation, so we strive for a team that reflects the diversity in today's society. At Oneflow we currently have 34 nationalities and are proud of an extremely diverse workplace. Our recruitment is based on competence. The recruitment process begins with an interview with our Talent Acquisition team. Next, you will complete a personality and logic test, followed by a meeting with the Hiring Manager (CFO) and our current Legal Counsel. As the last step, we conduct reference checks and a background check. We can’t wait to meet you! 🎉 Visit our website for more information about our product and Oneflow. Visit our career page for more information about our culture and future colleagues. 💜 One more thing before you hit “Apply” We really want to get to know you and not the AI version of you. No need to overthink it or try to sound a certain way. We care more about your thoughts and who you are. Speak from the heart and we’re listening!💫
