We are seeking for our client a Injection Molding Machine Operator for a permanent contract. The role includes independent operation of an injection molding machine, machine start-up, monitoring and adjustment. Maintenance tasks on the machine and, as skills grow, installation work and use of automation. Tasks are performed in three shifts. We expect a background from automotive mechanics, machine and production technology, or electrical and automation installation training. Prior experience in plastics manufacturing is appreciated. The work style is active and physical work is comfortable; learning attitude and independent approach are valued. Finnish language skills, carefulness and precision, and ability to interpret quality standards, shown in production checks and reporting to the ERP system, are required.
