Drillers and Injection Workers

Maximus is seeking professional drillers and injection workers for the Uusimaa region (Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa). The role involves rock drilling with a handheld machine, injection work, rock bolting, rock netting, and operating drilling, pumping and other equipment needed on site. Requirements include prior experience in drilling, injection, or rock bolting, ability to operate tools and pumping equipment, the ability to read work drawings and understand the sequence of tasks, a proactive and independent attitude, Finnish or English language skills, valid certificates for on-site work, and a B-driver’s license with own car considered an advantage. We offer opportunities to work on various sites via Väylä, a simple application process, quality tools and gear (Makita), access to occupational health services through Pihlajalinna, a competitive salary (16–18 €/h), potential for permanent employment and long-term placement.
