Besides digital skills, good interpersonal skills are required to understand and meet diverse elderly people. Patience and calmness are assets, as well as an autonomous, flexible and positive approach to work. Qualifications: suitable professional qualification in information and communications technology, e.g. ICT basic degree. Language requirement: good spoken Finnish and adequate written Finnish. The job requires vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act §48 and TB screening under §55, and presenting a criminal background check for those working with elderly persons (Act on Supervision of Social and Health Care 741/2023, §28).
