Social Worker

Are you a social worker whose work with families and children’s well-being matters? We seek a skilled and collaborative social worker to join our family social work team. The role includes planned social work for clients in need of special support under the Social Welfare Act and coordination of client services. You will work both independently and in teamwork within multidisciplinary networks and decide on services under the Social Welfare Act, such as family work, support person activities and foster care activities. We welcome both experienced professionals and recent graduates; you will be supported by the entire family social work unit. We provide orientation and strong support after onboarding. The work time is flexible and, when agreed, remote work is possible. Keusote has also moved to systemic work in family social work. We offer a community with strong professional expertise, humor and a hands-on ethos, plus clear and lasting team structures. Work will later be more closely integrated with the welfare region’s other family services to enable effective multidisciplinary cooperation.
