Injection Molding Setter

We are seeking clients for an injection molding setter in Lempäälä in a production environment. The role can be adjusted to your skills – you may work as a mold setter or a more experienced injection molding setter. Mold setter duties include organizing mold changes according to production plan, mechanical and water line mold mounting, transfers between storage locations, and production documentation. The injection molding setter (senior) responsibilities include mold changes, starting production runs, ensuring quality, monitoring production, identifying and solving disturbances, collaborating with production, maintenance, and service teams, and documentation. The job offers growth in the role and deeper expertise in the injection molding process. Requirements include technical education or experience in industrial production, interest in production technology and process development, precision and teamwork, and fluent Finnish. Preference given to those with prior experience in plastics industry and mold machinery operation.
