We are seeking a warm and engaged family therapist to join the Keski-Suomi region team within Perhepalvelut Ruori Oy. The role involves in-home and residential family therapy as part of family rehabilitation and community services, delivering individual and family therapy within planned shifts, primarily weekdays 8:00–18:00. The position follows the private social services sector collective agreement. You will support family interactions and focus on positive resources to promote child development, prevent intergenerational problems, and keep families together. The work includes work with the whole family and across various team configurations. The contract is fixed-term from 1 October 2026 to 18 August 2027. You can expect autonomous work with supervisor and team support within a national child protection organization. We offer meaningful and responsible work with a supportive development-oriented atmosphere. Requirements include a lower university degree in social or health care, a license as a psychotherapist, and valid social and health care professional card, plus strong experience in child protection, mental health and substance abuse work, and use of therapeutic methods.
