<p><strong>Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach (Hybrid)</strong></p><p>About the role</p><p>As a <strong>Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach</strong>, you will make an impact by driving Agile delivery excellence, enabling high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. You will be a valued member of the Agile delivery team and work collaboratively with Product Owners, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver business value through Agile ways of working.</p><p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across one or more Agile teams.</li><li>Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices to improve team effectiveness and Agile maturity.</li><li>Remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and help teams deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to business objectives.</li><li>Drive Agile transformation initiatives, promote continuous improvement, and support organizational adoption of Agile frameworks and practices.</li><li>Track and communicate Agile delivery metrics, facilitate stakeholder transparency, and mentor Scrum Masters and team members on Agile delivery excellence.</li></ul><p><strong>Work model:</strong></p><p>We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Louisville, KY.
