Assistant Store Manager

We are now seeking to fill the Kouvola store with an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager serves as the operational frontline supervisor for store staff together with the Store Manager. They share responsibility for store leadership, staff welfare and training, sales, safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The role ensures the store’s timeliness and achievement of sales budgets through proper merchandising, guidance, and commercial store operations. The Assistant Store Manager ensures staff know what to do and when, and trains and develops the team’s skills. Salary is according to the collective agreement TES, with the Assistant Store Manager salary class D, resulting in a monthly range of 2354–2928 €/month. Pay includes evening and weekend allowances per TES. Working hours are 6–20 with weekend shifts; you may be asked to cover as acting store manager when the manager is away.
