We are hiring a nurse who can warmly and professionally interact with elderly residents and those with dementia, with an open and positive attitude and a strong ethical foundation. The role includes assisting residents in daily activities, organizing meaningful content for care routines, and close collaboration with colleagues. Responsibilities include multi-professional cooperation in resident care and assessment of care needs (including RAIs) and applying information to develop our care practices. Also medication administration and collaboration with medical services. A unique opportunity to be part of the startup stage of a new care home.
