Job Description
Micro-Epsilon is a family-owned German pioneer in precision sensor and measurement technology with more than 55 years of history and approximately 1,800 employees worldwide. Our products are developed and manufactured in-house in Germany and the Czech Republic and are used in industries such as machine building, robotics, electronics, automotive, battery production, aerospace, and industrial automation. The Finland & Baltics business operates as part of Micro-Epsilon’s Nordic organization and reports to the operational management of Micro-Epsilon Sensotest AB, which is based near Stockholm. Sensotest AB is a fully owned subsidiary of Micro-Epsilon and is responsible for sales activities across the Nordic and Baltic region. The organization consists of approximately eight employees. We are currently looking for a new Sales Professional to work together with the current Sales Manager in the Finland & Baltics region. Over time — approximately within one year — the objective is for the new person to gradually take full responsibility for sales and customer development across the region. We are looking for a technically curious and commercially driven sales professional who genuinely enjoys industrial customer discussions, production environments, sensors, automation, and solving real customer problems. This is a hands-on field sales role focused on Finland and the Baltics — building customer relationships, creating new business opportunities, and helping industrial customers improve their processes through high-quality precision sensor and measurement technology. You will have a high level of independence in your daily customer work, combined with strong support from Sweden and Germany. You will take commercial responsibility for your assigned sales area in Finland and the Baltics. Most importantly, you will: actively visit industrial customers and OEMs, identify new business opportunities, discuss applications and production challenges with customers, build long-term customer relationships, manage the sales process from first contact to closing, work closely with technical specialists in Sweden and Germany, grow the market step by step through high customer activity. This role suits someone who enjoys being in the field, meeting customers, learning industrial applications, and building trust over time. Minimum 3 years of technical B2B sales experience, background in industrial automation, sensors, machine building, motion control, industrial components, or related industries, relevant technical education and practical understanding of industrial applications, genuine interest in sensors, automation, industrial technology, and customer applications, ability to win new customers through active prospecting, strong relationship-building capability, comfortable discussing technical topics with engineers and industrial customers, structured way of working with CRM and pipeline follow-up, fluent Finnish and English skills, based in Southern Finland with willingness to travel regularly, driver’s license and access to a car. Most importantly: you enjoy technical sales and industrial customer interaction more than titles or organizational hierarchy. We offer opportunity to represent highly respected premium technology products, an independent and responsible field sales role, strong onboarding and technical support from Nordic and German teams, long-term opportunity in an internationally respected company. Compensation & Benefits include fixed monthly salary approximately €4,800–5,800/month depending on experience and profile fit, performance-based bonus linked to sales growth and profitability, realistic upside for strong performers through variable compensation, annual review of compensation, comprehensive onboarding and continuous technical training, strong support from Nordic and German technical teams, mileage reimbursement/compensation for business travel with a personal vehicle. Interested? We would like to hear what motivates you in technical sales, why this role interests you, and what kind of customer environments you enjoy working with. Please submit your application and CV in English no later than June 4th, 2026.
