Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher for the Lystilä Daycare in Vantaa. The role involves working with children under 3 years in a small team including another early childhood education social worker and a child care assistant. The daycare employs several other educators, assistants and specialists, with additional temporary developmental teachers in spring 2026 and late 2026. Work shifts vary on weekdays from 6:00 to 17:10. The position is full-time and permanent, starting date negotiable. Responsibilities include contributing to a positive, innovative, customer‑oriented approach, participating in the ProVaka model (a positively group‑based early education framework), and collaborating across a broad professional network. The daycare emphasizes teamwork, equality and continuous development. Salary is 3,129.46–3,234.53 EUR per month, with additional allowances for qualifications and a master’s degree, plus experience pay.
