Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-oriented and conscientious employee for a deer meat and souvenir shop in Ruka. Are you customer-focused, service-minded, and flexible, enjoying working with travelers? Your tasks include: customer service in the shop related to domestic game products, souvenirs and gifts; product merchandising, pricing and shelf maintenance; cash handling and keeping the store clean and welcoming. We require: a cheerful and customer-oriented attitude, service-mindedness and proactivity, flexibility with shifts (seasonal and weekends). Ability to work independently as well as in a team. fluent Finnish and English language skills; other languages are a plus. Previous experience in customer service and shop styling/merchandising is an advantage. A permanent employment contract with start date to be agreed flexibly. Work hours are 130–160 hours per month, with flexibility in shifts, especially during peak seasons and weekends.
