About the role

Lamor Recycling is looking for a Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Kilpilahd, Porvoo. In this role you will be part of the start-up phase of a new plastics chemical recycling plant and help build maintenance processes from the ground up. Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize and coordinate maintenance tasks with the operations organization and service providers.
Develop plant reliability, preventive maintenance and maintenance practices based on operating experience.
Monitor equipment condition, analyze disturbances and participate in root cause analyses and corrective actions.
Own maintenance documentation, work instructions, maintenance system data and spare parts management for the area.
Ensure safe working methods, permit-to-work and lockout/ isolations procedures.
Coordinate external maintenance contractors and ensure high-quality and safe execution of work.
Collaborate closely with operations, technical experts, equipment suppliers and other stakeholders to solve technical problems and improve plant availability.
Participate in technical development projects, modification works and deployment of new technology to improve reliability.
