Construction Supervisor

We hire a Construction Supervisor for our row-house project in Espoo, starting in September. The project is a two-story row-house development of about 3,200 m² with 43 apartments, and is expected to be completed around the turn of 2028. As the Construction Supervisor you will independently handle pre-planning, on-site oversight, and directing work. You will contribute to delivering the project cost-effectively while meeting quality and schedule targets, and you will be responsible for safe working on site. You value proactive planning and good collaboration and will have strong support from Vexatec professionals. We expect you to have construction-related education (RI/RKM or DI), initiative, planning and decisiveness, reliability and high-quality workmanship, prior on-site experience on similar projects, teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
