Freelance Training Consultant

This freelance position is for a Training Consultant to support Pennylane’s accounting professionals by delivering training modules on the Pennylane platform. The role covers the Brittany region, with a demand of at least 3 days per week. The trainer will onboard with a mentor and then operate autonomously, delivering live and virtual trainings to small and mid-size accounting teams, gathering needs, and tailoring content to client requirements. Duties include conducting pre-training needs analyses, collaborating with the pedagogical coordinator, delivering engaging sessions for groups ranging from 5 to 25 participants, gathering feedback, and reporting outcomes. The consultant will also participate in post-training follow-up to ensure long-term client success and may engage with strategic trainings after 6 months. Strong accounting experience in an accounting or audit firm is required, as well as mobility (travel up to around 2 hours from home on a regular basis) and the ability to plan availability 6 months in advance. Proficiency with digital tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace) and comfort with presentations and video conferencing are essential.
