Job Details
Responsibilities
- Work on a versatile range of HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation
- Carry out inspections, maintenance, washing, filling, and adjustments of LVI systems
- Adjust automation setpoints, troubleshoot problems, and perform minor installations (e.g., expansion vessels and valves)
- Work in public buildings, offices, and industrial sites; residential buildings less frequently
- Take on project responsibility as experience grows
- Fieldwork is mobile and independent with varying daily patterns
- Coordinate with property maintenance and clients to schedule site visits
- Travel within the Helsinki metropolitan area and beyond about one week per month
Requirements
- Technically skilled and practical
- Background in HVAC, automation, or related technical field is a plus
- Applicable technical education is advantageous
- Some practical work experience; experience as site manager or on-site supervisor is a plus
- Willingness to travel and work in various client sites
- Driver's license (B)
- Good Finnish language skills
- Good physical fitness with ability to lift heavy loads and work in tight spaces
