The ward secretary role involves supporting a multifaceted secretary task set and client contacts within hospital settings. The position is temporary and located at Peijaksen Hospital in Vantaa and Malmin Hospital in Helsinki. Work time may be full-time (100%) or part-time (50%) depending on the assignment. The role is part of multidisciplinary teamwork, ensuring continuous patient care processes, and includes duties such as patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, ordering investigations, document handling and correspondence, and multi-channel patient interaction and service. We expect the ability to work multi-disciplinarily, good overall organizational skills, and proficiency with information systems used in the job. Previous experience in secretarial work and customer service, as well as possible knowledge of specialized nursing and Apotti system familiarity, are valued. Salary: 2,725.50 €/month, with start around late August per agreement; the contract includes a trial period. Target is to fill vacancies during the autumn of 2026.
