Requirements
- Relevant training, degree, or experience in communications, digital marketing, public relations, business, public policy, technology, entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Strong storytelling, research, writing, and presentation skills, with an interest in thought leadership, entrepreneurship, and Japan’s technology and innovation ecosystem
- Experience or strong interest in digital content creation; Familiarity with website management, including WordPress updates, social media, website copy, and basic UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and social-media platforms; familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, basic web coding and Wordpress, AI productivity tools, Slack, and Zoom is a plus.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Able to work from the Tokyo Station office 1–2 days per week
- Relevant experience through student organisations, marketing, PR, content creation, events, government, entrepreneurship, or business communities is beneficial but not required
- Language Proficiency Requirement: Native-level proficiency in English; Native or business-fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred)
