Personal Assistant

We are seeking a youthful and active personal assistant through the Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue personal assistance center for a permanent position. The employer has no mobility restrictions but requires special support for tasks outside the home. The work is offered in variable hours totaling 30 h/month during leisure time, with shifts planned within the employment relationship. Shifts include weekdays and weekends. Duties include assisting with cooking and errands such as grocery shopping, reloading public transport cards, and helping with tasks outside the home (movies, museums, swimming, outdoor activities, exercise, etc.). The employer prefers a female assistant due to the nature of the work. Salary: Heta TES A 13.23 €/h plus possible experience-based supplements. No formal education is required; healthcare or social welfare education and prior similar experience are seen as advantages. All employments are private arrangements where the chosen person becomes the advocate for the assisted person. Information about interviews and employment decisions will be communicated personally. Work begins when a suitable assistant is found. The employer may request a criminal record extract from the employee once employment starts, in accordance with the Social and Health Care Supervisory Act 741/2023, Section 28.
