Software Development Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Software Team Leader to lead our software development team. The role combines people management, understanding of software development and the use of modern technologies. We are looking for someone with an up-to-date view of software development processes and an interest in developing the practices of both the team and software development. In this role, you will be responsible for the team's daily leadership and operational development, and ensure that software development progresses in a planned and high-quality manner. We particularly value experience integrating artificial intelligence into software development and strong people-management skills. The role requires regular attendance at the company's main office in Forssa, but the primary workplace may also be Helsinki, Kaarina or Tampere. It is possible to work remotely one or two days a week.
