As my assistant, you will serve as my hands and feet in various daily activities, such as laundry, dressing, transfers, and managing my home. I have two cats that you will also need to help care for. I am a member of the city's disability council, and social issues are important to me, so participation in advocacy is also part of the role. You will assist me in these activities. I enjoy going to the movies, concerts, and similar events, and you can accompany me free of charge. I also need someone to accompany me on trips. The work is mainly two-shift, including mornings and evenings. If I need help at night, security personnel are available. During trips, one of my assistants will accompany me. Payment follows the HETA agreement, and the employer is Lapland Wellbeing Area. Work shifts can be influenced, and I try to consider my assistants' preferences in shift planning. Currently, my needs are more for gig work and flexible scheduling.
